Pillow Fights Aren't Just for Kids

A couple weeks ago, I posted a few invites that you could use for a camping party.  If going into the wild isn’t your idea of a fun evening, perhaps a slumber party is more your style.  While traditional slumber parties are usually thrown for little girls, a great way to add a twist to an old tradition is by inviting the mom’s along for the evening.  Your party can still include nail polish, beauty treatments, chic flicks and gossips, but by inviting both kids and moms, you’ll create a truly memorable experience for mothers and daughters, while giving the adults an opportunity to get to know one another outside of school events.  Family Fun has a whole list of great ideas for slumber parties that include decorating tips, games, and other treats.  Looking for the right invite? We’ve got you covered! Just click on the picture above or click here for another design.

Time to Kick-Off a Fun Fall Party!

At the University of Mississippi they have an old saying: We may not win every game, but we’ve never lost a party.  You may not be an Ole Miss Rebel but football season is almost here, and fall sporting events are the perfect excuse to throw a great party no matter which team will win the game.  Whether you are tailgating at your favorite college, cheering on your favorite high school cheerleaders or rounding up a few friends for a pick-up game on the basketball court, our sporty invites will get the party started.

Let's Go Camping!

The end of summer is just around the corner.  While that means your swimming pool days are numbered, the cooler weather gives you a new opportunity: camping!  Before your kids get swept away by the fall semester, homework and after-school sports, why not throw them a party they'll never forget?  If you set the mood just right, it won't be too hard to pull them away from video games, computers and television for a night of s'mores, roasted hot dogs, ghost stories, fireflies and more. REI has a great guide to camping for kids that you can read by clicking here, and we have just the right invitations to get your guests and your kids' guests excited for a night or two with nature!

The front flaps of this camouflage tent invitation fold back to reveal the details of your birthday camping party. Fireflies, a frog and a snake appear on the front while the back of the card features a small bonfire with skewered marshmallows ready for toasting.

Celebrate a warm-weather birthday with an evening of camping! This children's birthday party invitation is perfect whether you're camping out in the wild of the woods or in your own back yard.

The Next American Idol...In Your Own Backyard!

Right now, Ryan Seacrest, Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, and Jimmy Iovine are visiting cities all over the country is search of top talent for Season 11 of American Idol.  If you can’t make it to the real auditions, why not throw your own talent show right at home?  A karaoke party or talent show is a fun way to put a twist on the typical summer barbecue, and both kids and adults will have a blast showing off their skills behind the microphone.  Just set up a good speaker system, your own music collection and a few lyric books or rent a karaoke machine for the night, and let your guests do all of the entertaining for once. Whether your guests want to channel their inner diva or kick out the jams, we have some great designs to help you get the party started!

Back to School!

Even though the heat is up and barbecue season is still going strong, a quick stroll through any grocery store, super center or shopping mall will remind kids and teenagers that school is just around the corner.  If you spent last semester sorting through which lunchbox, backpack, notebook and laptop belonged to which kid, it might be a good idea to get organized this year.  A great way to do that is by labeling your kids' books and bags so Susie won't show up for cheerleader practice with Johnnie's soccer gear, and Lily won't get home with Molly's notebook.  Our bag tags and stickers will make it easy for you to label school gear, while adding a touch of style to bags, backpacks and notebooks.  Bag tags can be laminated for extra durability and we have a large variety of stickers that can be customized for any name and personality.  For more information click on the designs below:
